Matt Cannon holds the position of principal, data scientist at CoreLogic. In this role, he manages a team of economists and data scientists in the development, implementation and validation of automated valuation model cascades, collateral risk models, appraisal risk models, housing price indices and forecasts, distressed property valuation models and rent risk models.
Prior to CoreLogic, Cannon worked in the credit industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University and his master’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland.
