We encourage our people to participate in at least eight hours of learning a year — ideally more — and we give them access to a world-class learning community. This includes a variety of best-in-class learning content from prestigious providers such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and even Stanford University, as well as live workshops hosted by our leaders.
Creating an engaging workplace is a mission that is never complete. As we seek to understand the needs of our team, we are constantly evolving and creating new ways to help our leaders and team members increase their skills.
Over the past few years, we have invested in a culture of curiosity, growth, and learning at CoreLogic; we introduced our leadership academy programs for all levels of leaders, nine learning certifications, including an allyship certification and a diversity learning path. We also created a business series program of courses delivered by our in-house subject matter experts to educate team members about all facets of our enterprise.
