This three-tiered CoreLogic Claims Certification training and examination program is designed to validate your knowledge and proficiency in CoreLogic Claims | Workspace™ (formerly Claims Connect™) and CoreLogic Claims | Estimate™ (formerly Mobile Claims®). Show what you know with your CoreLogic Claims Certification on social media, email signatures, resumes, or any place that boosts your branding!
We value our users and their success with our technology, so our proficiency-level training (Level 1 and 2) is available for free in the CoreLogic Learning Community (CLC).
Demonstrate advanced proficiency knowledge and familiarity with best practices when using Workspace and Estimate.
Validate mastery of Workspace and Estimate through practical project-based simulations.
We value our users and their success with our programs, so our CoreLogic Claims training is free. Sign up for proficiency training (Levels 1 and 2) and join our CoreLogic Learning Community today.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the CoreLogic Learning Community (CLC). You will then receive an email from Questionmark, our examination platform, with instructions on how to begin. Note: It may take up to 1 business day to receive the email from QuestionMark.
The exam process includes three steps – System setup, a hands-on practical application portion, and a timed multiple choice portion. We recommend you block 2-4 hours to complete a Certification exam.
Yes, you can take the Level 2 Certification exam without taking the Level 1 Certification exam. Our Certification program is designed to build upon the knowledge of each Certification level but is also designed to be flexible. We recommend starting with the Level 1 Certification; however, you can take the exam of your choice based on your knowledge and experience within Workspace and Estimate.
If you fail the first attempt you are provided with two additional opportunities to pass the Certification exam, at no additional cost. Coaching sessions are offered after a second failed attempt for Level 1 and the first or second failed attempt for Level 2. If you fail all three attempts, you must start over with a new registration and payment to take the Certification exam.
After passing a Certification exam, you can display your Claims Certification mark via email signature, LinkedIn, or add it to your resume.
CoreLogic Claims Certification is valid for two years. Renewal reminders will be sent to the email on file as the renewal date approaches.
Recertification requires registration and payment along with passing the current Certification exam. Recertification refresher training will be available.
Accessibility is crucial to success, so our proficiency training (Levels 1 and 2) is available in our learning community for FREE.
Company-specific onsite training sessions are available for a fee. Contact us here to learn more about proficiency training.
Training is recommended but not required. Based on your experience with CoreLogic, you may take the Certification exam without proficiency training. But, if elected our courses are designed to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to pass the Certification exam.
The CoreLogic badging program in its current state will be replaced by the CoreLogic Claims Certification program. Current badge holders will still be able to utilize these accomplishments; however, new badges will not be issued. Those who have earned the CoreLogic Claims ‘Master’ badge, you may be good candidates for Level 1 Certification.
All other badge earners should consider completing the proficiency training in the CoreLogic Learning community before registering for your exam.
